Sunrise Steam Devils

Toronto, Ontario - Jan. 23, 2013

The coldest blast of air so far this winter brought -20C temperatures which meant that steam devils were likely on the open water of Lake Ontario. I headed down to the beachfront at dawn and was not disappointed.
